We encourage you to contact the school if you have a concern or a complaint about a school matter. We aren’t always able to meet with you immediately, so please contact the office to make an appointment with the relevant staff member.
Early resolution: the best place to raise any concerns is at the point where the problem or issue arose. You can make an appointment at the school to discuss your complaint with your child’s teacher or the principal. You are also welcome to lodge your complaint in writing or over the phone.

What can you do to support your student:

Contact the school if you have a concern and arrange a meeting with the relevant staff member/s.

Encourage your student/s to address any concerns they have with school staff and encourage them to follow the Student Code of Conduct.

Promote the great things the school do via word of mouth or through social media.
