Parent controls and restrictions
Parents will need to set up
the device with their own iTunes account to be able to access school texts and
resources. This also allows you to set restrictions and parental controls.
Data and power
use
Know your data
limits for school Wi-Fi. If a monthly data limit is only 1GB, this may be used
up quickly during large downloads, playing games, downloading an excessive
amount of images etc.
Security
For maximum
security, ensure:
- the passcode is set so others may not
access it
- privacy and parental restrictions are
password protected.
