Isolation requirements

All students who are COVID positive or a close contact are required to isolate for 7 days from the time of the positive result.  If you have a positive COVID test you are required to register the result at https://www.qld.gov.au/rat-positive

If your student has assessment due during their absence you will be required to complete a special provisions form.  Please check the assessment schedules sent out earlier this term to identify which subjects assessments are due. The following evidence is required to be returned with this form:

  • A photo of the student's positive RAT result.
  • The letter of confirmation of registration of the result from QLD health (link above).

Please e-mail specialprovisions@sarinashs.eq.edu.au with the above documentation.

Teacher contact

It is the student's responsibility to contact their teachers to advise them of their absence and to request work.  All teachers email addresses are listed on our website.  https://sarinashs.eq.edu.au/our-school/our-staff

Once you have completed the above processes the school will contact you with any questions or if anything further is required.

Thank you for your understanding in helping to reduce the number of phone calls during this busy time.
