LOCKER APPLICATION GUIDELINES 2024​ 

• The lockers will be allocated to students on a first-come, first served basis. 

• The cost to hire a locker is $20 per year (or pro-rata). 

• Combination locks are available from the teacher aide room (at no charge) alternatively students may supply their own padlocks together with two keys. 

• Students who wish to hire a locker must follow the following procedures. 

1. Complete the locker application form​. 

2. Submit the application form, with the hiring charge ($20 for the whole year or pro-rata) to the school office. Obtain a receipt. 

3. Submit the application form, the receipt and a lock with two keys (if you are using a padlock) to the teacher aide room. You will keep one key. The duplicate key will be held at the school. The teacher aide will keep the application form and allocate you a locker. 

• Lockers may be accessed from 8.00am to 3.30pm. 

• You will be required to clean out your locker at the end of each term. Food should not be stored in lockers for more than the day as this will encourage vermin. 

• Unauthorised students who use the lockers or students who are found to vandalise them will not be allocated to a locker during their time at the school.​
